While the average base salary for an HVAC tech here in the Metro East area is very fair, at $24.34 per hour or $48,680 per year, that wasn’t enough for us at Ernst! Instead, we are offering $50,000 – $75,000, and that’s working normal hours without a bunch of overtime. We’re also offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for all qualified candidates who want to join and thrive with our team!
